The grace of the Lord be with you??

World Communion Sunday is Oct. 7.
This is one of 7 special Sundays held by the denomination. An offering from this Sunday will provide scholarships to United Methodist students.
On World Communion Sunday, churches are encouraged to emphasize that the body of Christ shares the sacrament in rich diversity while affirming there is ?one body, one Spirit, one Lord.?
The following greetings were used at the last General Conference in Pittsburgh, illuminating the global nature of The United Methodist Church. You may wish to use one or more of them during your World Communion Sunday celebration.
