Sharon Thompson, a chemotherapy nurse coordinator at Johns Hopkins Medical Institution, has been added to a portrait gallery in the Mary Adelaide Nutting Corridor of the hospital. She is recognized for her work of educating nurses at the national level on a technique recently found to improve survival for ovarian cancer patients.

'As people of faith and exemplars of professional excellence, you lead the way for all of us to follow our callings, to do our best and to work ?as unto the Lord,?' said their pastor, the Rev. David Deans.
