Teens find 'heroes' in many places
CHURCHTON ? Eighty Middle School youths from nine churches gathered March 9 to 11 for their annual retreat at
The program was led by the Rev. Stephen Gallaher of Salt ?N Light Ministries and five college students who facilitated the break-out sessions.
Following a theme of ?Heroes,? the young teenagers learned that heroes aren?t just the super heroes everyone knows, but they?re in the community, church and family, and could even be themselves.
