Posted by Bwcarchives on

BALTIMORE ? Baltimore-Washington Conference elder, the Rev. John Carter, opened an interdenominational seminary in September, catering to those who hear the call to ministry but have to work full time. It is the first school in Baltimore to offer the Master of Divinity degree, according to the Rev. Dorothy Boulware, dean of student affairs.

Classes meet in the Nimrod building of Payne Memorial AME Church. According to Boulware, faculty includes Cain Hope Felder, Orlando Wilson, Leslie Ransom and Michael Hopkins.

For information, contact Carter or the school at (410) 728-8883.
