CUMBERLAND - Centre Street UMC celebrated its 225th anniversary in late 2007. The Rev. John Williams, who was pastor from 1980-1989 and district superintendent from 1993-1998, led worship at the celebration.
FREDERICK - Brook Hill UMC's Outreach Committee presented a check for more than $1,320 to Community Living of Frederick, proceeds from the church's annual used book sale, held in September.
