Please help us serve you better. Below is a list of job vacancies at the Conference Center. We know there are talented people in the pews who feel a calling to work for the church. A working knowledge of the culture and structure of the UMC denomination is a plus for all positions.

Administrative Assistant

An experienced administrative support staff person reporting to the Foundation Director is needed. Responsibilities include basic bookkeeping; maintaining confidential client and donor databases; preparing reporting documents; ensuring compliance with internal control requirements. Post high school bookkeeping/accounting courses plus minimum of five years of general office and financial record keeping experience, and strong computer skills that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Communications Administrative Assistant

Well organized individual needed to provide administrative support for the production of Conference publications and other outreach services. Responsibilities include maintaining circulation and subscription databases; managing departmental filing systems, publication archives and financial records; preparing departmental documents, reports and bulk e-mails. Some college or post high school office skills training preferred. Three to five years of administrative experience that must include strong computer skills and Internet. Basic knowledge of financial records management with excellent customer service skills and ability to work with minimal supervision also required.

Project Coordinator

Project management professional needed to support the mission, vision and strategy of the Conference. Associates or Bachelors degree plus five years of related experience or equivalent education and experience required. Must possess strong organizational, facilitation and event planning skills with ability to develop, implement and manage project work plans and budgets. Ability to meet project deadlines is required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite also required.

Web Content Manager

Web Professional needed to provide the administration, management and maintenance of the content of the Conference website. Will develop content independently and in collaboration with others. Must have Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience or equivalent in Web site design and development.
