| Groups to meet at Annual Conference Each year during the annual conference session, United Methodist groups and caucuses host gatherings with meals for their friends and members. The meals are held either at Mt. Vernon Place UMC, 900 Massachusetts Ave., N.W., one block from the Renaissance Hotel; or at Asbury UMC, 926 11th Street N.W., 1 1/2 blocks from the hotel. • Conference Clergywomen, for the first time in many years, will hold a luncheon meeting at noon at Asbury UMC. All women in ministry are welcome.
