Easter egg hunt reaches community

Grace UMC held its annual community Easter egg hunt March 15 at a park in the center of town. In addition to the children's hunt for eggs, hundreds of people enjoyed the church's two praise bands, face painting, balloons, games and refreshments.

In addition to the children's hunt for eggs, hundreds of people enjoyed the church's two praise bands, face painting, balloons, games and refreshments.

"The children found thousands of candy-filled plastic eggs," said Janet Jeanblanc, communication co-chair.

The Rev. Bob Clipp welcomed the crowd who received information about the church attached to free boxes of popcorn.
