| Dabbs returns to Baltimore By Yvonne J. Medley Reggie Dabbs is one of the foremost Christian youth speakers of our generation, wrote Tom Price, director of the conferences youth ministries, after Rock Retreat 2001. This year, at the invitation of Bishop Felton Edwin May, Dabbs returns to Baltimore for the Spring Youth Summit. Dabbs will deliver a message of love and hope and do an evangelical outreach to the youth and children of our conference, Price said. The Summit, on April 24-26, will feature Dabbs making several appearances at eight Baltimore City schools. On April 24 and 26, he will speak at John Wesley UMC on W. North Avenue in Baltimore. Special music guest will be the Gospel-Motown group Seneca.
