Church breaks ground for the future
PASADENA ? At Mount Carmel UMC?s worship service on March 4, the Rev. Rodney Smothers, a gbwc_superusere for the Annapolis-Southern Region, led church members in a procession to break ground for a new parking lot, the first phase of a multi-year project that will eventually include a new sanctuary. Stanley Myllo and Andy Mossmiller, two members who participated in the 1984 groundbreaking for the church?s Fellowship Hall, turned over the first shovels of dirt.
