2010 annual conference dates set
The 226th session of the Baltimore-Washington Conference is scheduled to meet at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Hotel Wednesday, June 2, through Friday, June 4, 2010.
This date marks a change in the traditional scheduling. The opening day will be Wednesday; and the conference will close on Friday, providing a significant cost savings to conference members.
On Tuesday, June 1, conference members will be able to participate in workshops.
Pre-conference briefings will be held in the regions April 24.
Those wishing to bring a resolution to be considered by annual conference should submit it to the conference secretary, the Rev. Mary Jo Sims, by Jan. 15.
Resolutions will be considered by the Connectional Table when it meets Feb. 6.
