Multicultural Ministry

As we seek to be vital by seeing all the people and to have our churches reflect the multicultural contexts in which we serve, we recognize the diversity of the mission field of the Baltimore-Washington Conference. Our Racial/Ethnic Ministries facilitate the shifts necessary to help our churches reflect their communities. Some of those shifts require advocacy, other shifts are about intentionally developing leaders, engaging young people, and/or creating new faith expressions for the abundant health and flourishing of all people and communities.
