Develop Leaders

The Baltimore-Washington Conference seeks to develop mature Jesus followers (lay and clergy) who know their purpose and use their gifts to build up a vital body of Christ for the transformation of the world. As such, leaders must be able to lead by example in all four dimensions of vitality: see all the people, deepen discipleship, live and love like Jesus, and multiply impact. And there are core capacities that accompany one’s ability to lead.
