Accessibility Accommodations

Efforts are made to accommodate any special needs of the members and guests attending Annual Conference. Reasonable accommodations are available for persons with disabilities and special requests. Any special requests that are not listed must be submitted two or more weeks in advance for consideration. Send requests to .

Please sign up for special needs during the registration process. Any hotel room needs/accommodations should be communicated to the hotel staff when reserving your room.

  • Sign language interpreters are present during all Conference Sessions. Real-time captioning will be available on all videos shown during sessions.
  • Reader assistance (only available for the blind and visually impaired).
  • To best accommodate anyone who may be impacted by service animals, please indicate your needs so that we can ensure an animal-free seating area.

While on-site, please be considerate of those attendees who may be allergic to or uncomfortable around large animals; also please be mindful of the need to allow all aisles and passageways unobstructed for the safety of everyone.  Marshals and ushers are available to assist you to assure that you and your fellow Annual Conference attendees are comfortable.  If you have any concerns on-site please contact Rev. Leo Yates at .

Like at previous annual conferences, please refrain from using colognes and perfumes so those with fragrance allergies will be less impacted.  The arrangements committee works diligently to provide reasonable accommodations and we will do our best to coordinate various accommodations, especially those that may infringe on another's accommodation rights.
