Consent Calendar 2024

In parliamentary procedure, a consent calendar gathers routine discussion points into a single agenda item. Within the BWC, the annual reports from committees and agencies that do not include recommendations are put on the consent calendar and voted upon as one item.

Individual reports may be removed from the consent calendar by sending 10 requests (from different people at unique email addresses) to the Conference Secretary, Kevin Silberzahn, before noon, on Thursday, May 30. The consent calendar will be voted on at the close of the afternoon plenary session on May 30.
