The BASIC course is foundational for all courses in Lay Servant Ministries. This course will encourage participants to (1) discover and employ personal spiritual gifts as God intended, and (2) consider the importance of exercising servant leadership and development of future leaders, remaining rooted and grounded in consistent spiritual practices, and being part of a group that holds members accountable in their discipleship
