During the COVID-19 crisis, we recognize many of our churches would like to offer electronic giving to their members as soon as possible.  If you are interested in offering this service but logistics or other issues are preventing you from moving forward, the BWC would like to help. 

The BWC will provide your church with immediate access to the Conference’s online giving platform. For up to 120 days, your congregations can give via an online website and we will forward those gifts to you electronically (via direct deposit) twice per month. Your Finance staff will receive regular automated reports via email that list the gifts made by your congregation. 

During the first 60 days, the BWC will cover all processing fees associated with electronic donations flowing through the Conference system. So  you will receive 100% of all online gifts during this period. During the second 60 days, we will simply pass along the processing fees at our cost (less than 2.5%).

While your church takes advantage of our online giving system, we can work with you to set up your own online giving account with Shelby Systems or another vendor of your choosing.
