Welcome to the Gateway, our new conference website and registration. Here are a few things to note before registering online. To register online you must pay in full with a credit card. (For full step-by-step help please scroll the the bottom of the page and print the pdf.)

Please read through the Parents FAQs to know our policies on refunds, cancellations and transfers. 

1. Please open the schedule above and be sure of which dates and programs you want to register for. ONCE YOU PAY AND RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL - REGISTRATION IS FINAL.
2. Please note we need CAMPER NAME as registrant, not parents. (For Grandparent and Family Weekend, please use an adult camper as first registration)
3. All confirmation will be sent via email, please provide a valid email address and one you check often.
4. All fields with “*” are required.
5. Please note any allergies, activity restrictions or other issues in Special needs area.
6. Please note:

“Register for another event” button – will register that person for another program and place all charges on one card. (eg. Register Amy for Discovery AND register Amy for Music Art Drama)

“Complete Registration” – will complete that registration.

PARENTS: If you have multiple campers wanting to attend different sites or different weeks, you will need to register them seperately.

7. Please note “Cardholder name” – Please take out camper name and enter cardholder name. All charges will show as Balt-Wash Annual Conference.

8. Please print your confirmation for your records. Again, registration is not final until you have paid and received a confirmation email.
